Around KL .. Me and the Umbrella

Well .. salam and peace to all

It has been some normal days ... well, Iv Just graduated ...

lets go to the word "Graduation" : this is just a phrase we say to satisfy our own self, that we did something or we have just finished some part of our life... well true to some extent ..

but graduation is actually the beginning of life, and life to human beings means death ... to live you need to kill someone (at least bring him down) ...

what a pathetic life we have... many humans enjoy this, we all feel it during the pre-graduation era, but it gets even more intense after that ...

we could have lived better if not for our own dirty desires ... the desire to bring someone down ... a desire to achieve happiness by killing another human ...

well .. we don't have to take someone's life to kill him ... he can be dead-walking ... a zombie or another killer who is ready to kill another

the worst part .. those who do this are "Graduates" themselves ... but who cares ... "as long as i live, the others die" said one of them ...

some will stab you without even knowing you, so you're a victim in this society of maniacs, probably 70% of the people in this world we live at are ... well, mad ...

but wait, once i was waiting next to the bus stop when 2 ladies passed by, it was raining, and raining .... you know kuala lumpur these days (if ur living here), they saw a third lady's umbrella partially broken, they decided to help and fix it for her, both of them were from different races, (many races co-exist here) .. that was -for me- a Petronas commercial in real-life ... i always wanted to see those commercials in real-life ... it was a touching moment ... to see some people helping each other with no hope of a return ... they shared smiles, laughed and the hopeless lady got her umbrella fixed .. what a happy moment for her as she was carrying many bags ... wait!! the story didnt end there ... i was next to this show of respect, freedom of mindset , human-values ..etc .. and suddenly they offered me a part of what was covering them from the rain ... for the first time i was offered an umbrella ... and even more, i shared it with the lady .. she shared it!!! i couldn't believe ... a person who could offer me an umbrella ( well, half an umbrella) i was in joy! ... happy .. and thought it was one of the best of my days in this city ... the city of kuala lumpur ...

Hmmm ... i knew those people were normal people ... they never felt graduation probably ... they were normal workers .. who came here to work for a living ... obviously they would have been somewhere else if they had graduated ... and i would have never got the chance to be under that umbrella ... it has nothing to do with knowledge nor graduation ... it was just part of the "humanistic" thing we miss ... they had it ...

anyway ... the world may become a happier place with more real humans than "killers", but we will always hear: who cares!!!

just some notes taken on past days ...

Hey, Gadir! Finally, a new blog post. It saddens me too when I think about how insensitive people are these days. You would think with the world being smaller, people would be more conscious of others' feelings, but instead, we are all within our own spheres.

I am glad that you shared this experience of the kindness of strangers, it is something we need more of in KL and everywhere in general :)
