The city of Kuala Lumpur & Me 2....(MISUNDERSTANDING!!!)

Peace to all and (salam) ...

Well.,,, I'm still sick , nothing changed , i cant even sit for more than hour without reaching a toilet ... but this shall not stop writing ... and today is a continuation of my experiences , and as you can see from the article , this is episode two ...

and this will also be from the negative part ...

and by writing this , i mean no offense , but to point out some of the things that needs to be pointed out ... and i would really expect someone to jump on my throat and tell "Why are you cursing our people" ... well its easy .. I'm not cursing no people .. Im just talking about some experiences that lasted for more than 18 years ... it happens about everyday to me .. and its time to express some of my views here ...

so the problem is : Misunderstanding ...

Wherever I go, or most places i go to , i will face this problem ... it seems like some here cant really handle more than one statement at a time ... so lets give a scenario

Me (at drink stall) : Tebu (sugar cane) please...
Seller: (he will begin to put the sugar in the cup)
Me: excuse me sir! , i would also want some Soya drink ...
Suddenly , and most of the time , its either il get 2 Tebu drinks or i get only one Tebu drink, or i may get a surprise look and a time-freeze where the seller will be looking at me and me looking at him ... and then i repeat the statement and happily move ...

this is a simple example , but sometimes the scenario ends up in loosing your money for something you didn't intend to buy and didn't purchase ... now thats a lose ...

another simple example that got many confused (me either) .. when you give some amount of money , suddenly you change ... like it was RM12.80, and you give 15 , suddenly you say ::ok i HAVE the 12.80:: , .... and time-freeze again ... eyes on eyes ... 2 minutes until the process resumes ... and finally you get out ...

Another misunderstanding (i will assume) , is giving directions ... honestly i never remember getting a direction correct ... sometimes yes .. but this sometime I'm talking about is 1% ... but rarely do I get a direction correct ... maybe its a curse that follows me ... but i never got one ...

so the question will be: why the misunderstanding??!!

I will try to brief it out:

1 - The person you talk to is probably thinking of something else while he communicates.
2 - The person you talk to may probably try to interpret what you say to him differently (although its clear what you say)
3 - The person you talk to is probably programmed to do a certain task "with no interference"
4 - The person you talk to is not really hearing what you say but is trying to interpret based on previous experiences with other "customers".
5 - The person you talk to does not really care about his "customers".
6 - There is a problem in listening (its impossible to everywhere).

whatever the cause is ... the customer is the loosing party ... because if I argue then I'm the bad "Other" who likes to argue ... and I spatutnya kata dulu ... although i have said so in a clear statement.

its not just with me but with many who face such situations , not once , but to an extent that some will check whatever before taking it ... assuming that it might no be what they wanted ...

issue closed till here ... if someone has some dis-agreement ... we might go for a "Proof-Of-Theory" around the city... to see with your eyes...and feel the lose of money ... lots of it ... from drinks to food, from marker-pens to medicine ... so when you order something ... PLEASE THINK AND PREPARE WELL before you make an order ...

Walslam ... Peace to all ..
Wrong delivery ... and trying to convince "The Customer"
