Sex and Photos .. what a case!!!

I have always read newspapers , but i always wanted to comment, and i thought newspapers were only there to report , not to comment ... i would love if we could - or the reporters - post their personal comments on newspapers .. or at least give people the chance to do that ... and fortunately their is online newspapers these days ..

so let me comment on this bizarre part of news iv read recently ... or precisely -today- ..

SHAH ALAM: They were in love but when the relationship turned sour, a 16-year-old girl was confronted with her worst nightmare.

Her boyfriend, a 19-year-old security guard, threatened to distribute pictures of her in the nude.

He had apparently taken the pictures using a mobile phone during their SEVEN-HOUR (wow!) sex session behind the guardhouse of SMK Section 7, here.

Yesterday, Irma Shamsul Izwan Jamahir, paid the price (was it the right price , or discounted??!!! ) for threatening the Form Four student. He was fined RM3,000 (price of having sex with a so-called underage is quite cheap) , or in default three months’ jail (again wow!!! this will deter the wrong-doers) , by the magistrate’s court after he pleaded guilty to threatening to distribute her pictures to ruin her reputation.

Based on the facts of the case, Irma and the girl had sex on March 27, between 10am and 5pm, where he had then taken pictures of her in the nude.
The next day, the girl decided to end the relationship (interestingly, finally the brain started to work ) but Irma refused (what was he hoping for???) . He met her on March 29 and threatened to distribute the pictures unless she remained with him.

The girl subsequently lodg-ed a police report (hoping that the pictures will not be distributed, that was her problem ... not really worried about her dignity as a young girl may have been shattered -according to some standards- ... these are Muslims names im reading about).

In mitigation, counsel Salim Bashir pleaded for leniency as his client had meant no physical harm (what a joke again ... i agree that it was with consent ... but sometimes mental harm is worse than physical harm, specially that a threat came after).

"He has now moved to Bagan Datoh and is still working as a guard there.

"He apologised to the victim and her family and promised not to do it again (what a nice boy he is ... indeed)," he said.

Prosecuting officer ASP Norazian Sharudin urged magistrate Hafizah Abdul Rajak to mete out a deterrent sentence (the only person who knew what was going on).

Irma’s father paid the fine (nice daddy ... hope to keep and save some money for next time).

so from the above story ... everything was usual ....yah rite!!!!!!! , except the threat of distributing nude photos of a seven hour session - i still can imagine what happened, and why all this time was needed -, ... to me ... it was badly unusual ... so if this was usual ... can anyone share other interesting cases about love relationships which gone wild -- then bad???? ... no one can! .. because its unusual ... but taking out a report like that .. and then going to the next page without thinking of its consequences on the society .. is just lame reading of newspapers ...

just thought of sharing my view on this bizarre piece of (news) ....
